Thanks pinterest for having a picture of a copper cuff bracelet my grammie used to have.

Hi, my name Rosalind Darielle, but you can call me Roz.

I started this blog to raise awareness to the benefits of wearing copper jewelry, the deficiency of copper in our bodies in this modern age and the importance to boost our immune system during this global pandemic we are experiencing and the possibility of it recurring.

Everything in this blog are facts according to my experience and what I have researched, I will give credit to all of the articles and facts I use.  I am not a professional writer but i do write from my heart.

So let us begin. I was born and raised in Passaic, single in Totowa, married and divorced in Hoboken,  December 1998 I visited my parents in Florida, when I dove into a pool on Christmas Eve, I returned to Hoboken, gave my job notice and moved to Florida, I have been here for 21 years now.  On November 22, 2014, I arrived at my daughter's house in Mt. Vernon, New York  to witness the birth of my beautiful granddaughter, Xiana Anjolie, beautiful name, right? My daughter and her husband gave me the honor of naming her.  Thanks to the both of you, I love you very much.

It was a whopping 23° outside, I thought it was a great idea to walk to the local mall  with my son, Rohan.  2 miles there, we had dinner 2 miles back we were frozen. It snowed, not the light fluffy snow that we love, nope, this was slushy wet snow.  I made us soup and hot chocolate to bring us back to life.

I warmed up and rested,  the next morning, my body was stiff.  It was a chore to get up and hold my beautiful granddaughter who was the perfect example of the new born baby smell.  I was in pain, I was stiff, I was a living stiffening mess.  I suffered with the pain and stiffness until I returned to Florida.  I remember taking tylenol to survive.

Believing in The Almighty, I was talking to God,  I asked Him to tell me what was going on,  Well it was arthritis, I went back in time, in my head and saw my grandmother with a copper cuff almost identical to the one I have on this blog.  I remember her saying how the copper relieved the pain of arthritis and the stiffness was going away.  I don't ever remember my grandmother without her copper cuff.

I design jewelry, I will tell you more about how I started, but for now yes i make jewelry.  I googled what kind of copper is best for that i needed.  I will go more in depth later.  I decided to make a bracelet,  I went to Home Depot, I have to thank the guy in Home Depot that was kind and patient in helping me choose the right kind of copper to use for my copper bracelet.  I made my bracelet.

I read that the body needs to absorb the copper, you can't ingest it.  Though I hear about oral copper supplements, It isn't safe because you can overdose on copper, but wearing it, God gave the human body the ability to absorb copper without overdosing.  Yes, can you believe it, the body will only absorb the necessary about of copper.  Never more than it needs.

I will explain what organs need copper and all of the benefits in future posts, there is a lot of positive information regarding copper and it's benefits.

I wear my bracelet, almost immediately I notice a change, a slight one, but definitely a change.  The first one was my ability to relax and sleep, after a week my pain was going away and my body started to be more flexible.  The stiffness was going away.  I was able to do more walk more bend more without much effort or pain.  I had arthritis in my fingers, my neck my hips and my knees.

I make jewelry, so stiffness in my fingers was not a good thing.

One bracelet and 8 months later, I haven't any effects of arthritis. Not only that, but I began to lose weight and my inflammation was going down.  I had energy for days. I felt terrific.

I thank God for November 24th, that was the day I became and grammie for the first time and that was the day I started my journey to improve in my health when it came to arthritis and the benefits of wearing copper.

Little did I know that this was the beginning of a copper journey.  One that I am most excited to share with you.

This blog is dedicated to the 2 most important love of my life.  Xiana and Eric, grammie loves you to the moon and back.  How I miss you both, Grammie can't wait to see you and play with you again.  I promise as soon as this pandemic is over, I will be there with lots of stories and songs.
